In close collaboration with JP Morgan Chase UK's CTO and senior leadership, In Motion developed a strategic hiring and team-building framework that prioritised both speed and quality in recruitment.

Over a two-year period, In Motion successfully facilitated the recruitment of more than 200 high-calibre tech experts. These efforts directly contributed to the successful launch and operational foundation of JP Morgan's Digital Bank. Key outcomes include:

  • 1 million new customers onboarded within the first year post-launch.

  • A fully scalable, self-sufficient internal hiring process, reducing future dependency on external recruiters.
